There is a never ending debate on wether pineapples belong on pizza or not and for myself they absolutely do! When I was a little girl the only pizza I remember my mom picking up was pepperoni and pineapple, now mind you my mom was a very healthy person so this was a complete treat. Even writing this recipe out for you now it warms my heart with the overflow of memories.

Servings: 1 Pizza
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
- pizza dough - when using pre made I prefer Pillsbury pizza crust
- pancetta or Canadian bacon
- Pineapple chunks (canned is fine)
- Honey Comp Glaze Bone CleanerTM Bbq Sauce
- shallots
- Burtolli basil marinera
- mozzarella
2 tbs flour
2 tbs cornmeal
Directions:
Heat over to 425
Sprinkle cornmeal and flour on cookie sheet and stretch dough out reasonably thin.
Spoon on a layer of marinara sauce. I enjoy my pizza sauce, but remember, too much sauce and the dough won't cook properly.
Add toppings; Cheese, Pancetta, Pineapples, Shallots and drizzle the Bone CleanerTM Bbq Sauce Honey Competing Glaze ALL OVER
Place cooking sheet on center rack and allow pizza to cook 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool 2-3 minutes before cutting and ENJOY!!
